Job summary

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support the Medical Device and Healthcare Testing sales team. This role collaborates with Project Coordinators, Laboratory Operations, and customers to drive quotations, project initiation, CRM management, and client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of successful account management or outside sales experience in TIC.
• Experience selling testing and certification services to home appliances or medical device manufacturers preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive compliance testing (EMC, environment, durability, etc.) desirable.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales.
• Manage strategic accounts within the Top 100 regionally.
• Develop documented account strategies targeting 20% annual growth.
• Ensure alignment of services with client needs.
• Attend trade shows and client presentations.
• Maintain quotes, orders, forecasts, proposals, and CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-sell Consumer Product Division services.
