Job summary

Röchling Medical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic customer programs across global sites, coordinating engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain functions. You will drive integrated development and manufacturing initiatives with senior stakeholders and ensure governance from feasibility to post-launch reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex medical device programs.
• Experience with metal-plastic assemblies, electromechanical devices, and CDMO environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate integrated project plans covering scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, budget, risks, decisions, and status.
• Lead gated governance from opportunity assessment through commercialization with defined criteria and owners.
• Serve as the primary customer interface across technical, quality, regulatory, commercial, and supply-chain workstreams.
