Job summary

Röchling Medical seeks a Senior Project Leader to drive strategic customer programs across a global network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including customer, sales, and technical representatives to deliver complex medical device programs with significant revenue impact.

You will manage scope, budget, risks, and timelines, and lead governance from feasibility through post-launch. Expertise in design transfer, validation, and manufacturing readiness is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; Mechanical, Electromechanical, Biomedical, or Biomechanical preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex medical device programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate integrated project plans covering scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, budget, risks, decisions, and status.
• Lead gated governance from opportunity assessment through commercialization, including feasibility, technical risk, development, design transfer, validation, and launch.
