RoechlingMedical Rochester (RMR) is seeking an experienced project manager to lead manufacturing projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure on‑time delivery, quality, and profitability across multiple product lines.

The role requires 5+ years in project management in manufacturing, with ISO/FDA knowledge and engineering background. A PMP credential is a plus and some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering preferred.
• PMP certification considered a plus.
• Experience with ISO, AS9100 and FDA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects to meet timelines, deliverables and quality targets.
• Develop and communicate project plans, scope, tasks, timelines and budgets.
• Act as primary liaison with customers and internal/external teams.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and control project expenses.
• Support Product Realization Process with cross‑functional stakeholders.
