Job summary

Aidigital is seeking an experienced Digital Media Planner in the United States to transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans and lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals.

You will apply and optimize planning for non-standard or emerging tactics, drive cross-functional initiatives, coach junior planners, and deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital media planning.
• 1–2 years of experience in mentoring or team support.
• Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms.
• Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems.
• Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred).
• English proficiency: B2–C2; able to communicate in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans.
• Lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals.
• Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function.
• Coach and guide Middle and Junior-level planners.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership.
