Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership in materials management, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics in manufacturing.
• Experience leading procurement and inventory management functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations for our Mount Pleasant, TN manufacturing facility.
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and quality.
• Oversee inventory planning, cycle counting, and material availability.
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation and logistics cost optimization.
• Build and mentor Materials, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Logistics teams.
