Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in materials management, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics within manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience leading procurement and inventory management functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Oversee inventory planning and materials management to support production schedules.
• Optimize inventory levels to improve working capital and service levels.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation and collaborate with logistics partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Materials, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Logistics teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
