Job summary

Molex is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Director to lead the integration of supply chain operations across acquired entities, aligning buying, inventory, planning, and supplier networks. You will drive strategy, KPI-based performance, and seamless processes across sites during and after integration.

You will partner with site leaders, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply and maximize synergies, with a focus on change management and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including significant exposure to M&A or business integration projects.
• Proven track record leading supply chain integration in complex organizational changes.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
• Exceptional project and program management skills, including experience with integration tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Change agent with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain analytics platforms.
• Willingness to travel as required to support integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & Manage integration of supply chain operations across newly acquired entities, aligned with integration strategies.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs to harmonize supply chain processes, systems, and teams across merging or acquired entities.
• Define integration roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs to measure progress and success.
• Drive alignment with GSOP&E initiatives and strategies to elevate supply chain best practices across site teams.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain optimization with site leaders to optimize cost, service levels, and risk during integration.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify and capture supply chain synergies, cost savings, and operational improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruption during integration.
• Drive change management initiatives to support cultural and process alignment within supply chain functions.
• Act as a liaison between sites and executive leadership, providing updates and facilitating decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration between legacy and new teams.
• Identify supply chain risks related to integration and develop mitigation plans; ensure regulatory and policy compliance during integration.
• Collaborate on the integration of supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and data platforms; use analytics to monitor performance.
