Job summary

• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs; optimize inventory and drive process improvements.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and apply it to policy/strategy execution.
• Apply judgment to propose solutions beyond set parameters with guidance; use multiple internal sources to inform decisions.
• Act as an individual contributor with interpersonal skills or a junior people leader who can hire and develop talent; provide informal guidance.
