Job summary

AGRU America, Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator to oversee the final production schedule and manage stock levels. You will forecast needs, reorder purchased goods, and coordinate inventories and cycle counts to keep accurate product records.

The role requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Prior experience with Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in production scheduling with Excel use and problem solving.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic financial/operational math.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees final production schedule for the plant.
• Monitors and reorders purchased goods based on forecasting and stock levels.
• Coordinates inventory and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Schedules equipment, work cells and jobs based on demand and capacity.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
