Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Professional - Materials Planning and Execution to plan and schedule materials needed to execute the business. You will translate demand from forecasts, sales orders, and planned orders into physical orders and ensure timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include converting demand plans into orders, analyzing trends, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with Product Line, Sales and Service Delivery to align delivery dates while

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain
• Experience in order management, inventory optimization and asset utilization
• Basic understanding of SAP and MRP functionality
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
• Tactical execution with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Convert demand plans into physical orders with sales and operations teams.
• Understand business trends and how they affect demand forecasts.
• Analyze incoming demand and identify exceptions, misalignment, and inventory opportunities.
• Prioritize deliver dates with Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery (push outs, pull ins).
• Perform material management analyses (consumption, forecasts, aged inventory, PO aging, etc).
• Implement inventory stocking strategies and monitor safety stock and aging inventory.
• Coordinate with AMO to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured.
