• Minimum 3 years' materials scheduling or planning in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Excel and MRP/ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Import and update customer releases daily; schedule new parts in ERP.
• Create and maintain production BOMs; validate with Engineering.
• Analyze supplier schedules; flag capacity or lead time issues.
• Coordinate expedites for materials; manage supplier relationships.
• Maintain FG inventory accuracy and monitor KPI targets.
• Prepare customs documentation and shipping paperwork; ASN creation.
