Job summary

Amcor LLC in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Materials Planner to manage raw material purchases and coordinate production scheduling. You will oversee SAP/Ariba execution, maintain FIFO inventory, and support cost-saving initiatives across the site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or operations and 3–5 years of scheduling in manufacturing, with strong communication and MS Office skills. On-site position with collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ops Management or related field
• 3–5 years scheduling experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of purchasing/accounting processes
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient with MS Office and procurement systems

Responsibilities

• Manage all purchase orders for raw materials and films
• Update SAP/Ariba and internal logs; monitor lead times
• Distribute inventory reports and maintain FIFO stock
• Prepare monthly aged inventory charts and share with team
• Coordinate raw materials transfers across production sites
• Support production schedule and material planning meetings
• Provide KPI updates and participate in cost-saving initiatives
• Back up other Materials Planning roles as needed
• Establish min-max inventory levels for materials
