Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst to optimize production schedules and material flow across the supply chain. You will collaborate with production, procurement, and finance to ensure on-time delivery and efficient inventory levels.

The role focuses on developing planning strategies, analyzing capacity constraints, and producing weekly plans that align with customer demand while supporting company costs and service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably BBA or Engineering Sciences.
• 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Strong English communication and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal production plans and schedules.
• Monitor service levels and balance inventory.
• Support invoices on hold and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production and finance teams.
