Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Puerto Rico seeks a Materials Planning Analyst to work with supply chain and production teams to drive planning strategies and optimize schedules for 100% on-time delivery. You will analyze material availability and capacity, develop production plans, and support buyers and master schedulers to minimize disruptions.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP and planning tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, prefer BBA or Engineering Sciences.
1 year of related experience Manufacturing
Excellent Communication skills in English Language / Eaton Cultural Model Attributes
Computer Knowledge and Digital Mindset (Microsoft Programs, AS 400, MAPICS, Access), ERP
Follow-up skills, be able to meet deadlines, drive for results
Strong sense of urgency and accountability for results
Some level of knowledge of purchasing process
Some level of knowledge of Financial Procedures
Written and verbal communication in English, preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop optimal production plans
Monitor service levels
Balance Inventory
Monitor past due production order and support invoices on hold and drive resolution.
Lead and participate in operations, tier meetings and other meetings related to Supply Chain.
