Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Order Planning Specialist to maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and manage manufacturing orders to ensure on-time delivery. You’ll work across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams to optimize production output and resource use.

The role emphasizes planning discipline, use of ERP/MRP systems, and BI tools like Power BI and Power Apps to drive reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet production targets.
• Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and Customer Orders (COs) in ERP.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement teams.
• Monitor production performance against plan and financial commitments.
• Utilize BI tools to improve planning, reporting, and efficiency.
