Saronic Technologies, a leader in autonomous maritime platforms, is seeking a Materials Manager to lead strategy, planning, and control of raw materials and consumables for our defense-grade vessels. You will oversee inventory, warehouse operations, traceability, and ensure compliance with quality and export requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production in a fast-paced, high-consequence environment, defining cycle counts, kitting workflows, and material staging

Qualifications

• 8+ years in materials management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of material flow in low-volume/high-mix hardware.
• Fluency with ERP/MRP tools and BOM/lot/serial control.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, stocking, and issuing of raw materials and components.
• Implement and maintain digital tracking systems for materials lifecycle and shelf life.
• Establish labeling, location assignment, and pick accuracy processes.
• Manage material handlers and warehouse team leads.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, and engineering to align orders with schedules.
• Define cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and physical inventory audits.
• Own kitting workflows and material staging to support build efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, export control, and quality standards.
