Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Material Handler to support autonomous surface vessel production. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials, verify receipts, and maintain accurate inventory across storage and shipping processes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with ERP systems, and collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics to meet schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.
• Experience as a material handler in manufacturing or warehouse
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against orders and packing slips.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas with safe handling.
• Maintain inventory records with electronic systems.
• Prepare materials for outbound shipments with proper labeling.
• Coordinate with procurement/production to fulfill requests timely.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needed orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist lean initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with logistics to move materials between suppliers and facilities.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
