Job summary

Donato Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control professional to oversee all inventory transactions, monitor KPIs, and manage material movements. You will run SAP MRP, maintain master data, and collaborate with multiple sites to optimize disposals and aging materials.

The role requires 2+ years in materials control or inventory, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus for international supplier communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in materials control, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory software, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CIPS, or Six Sigma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor and report inventory transactions and KPIs.
• Manage orders, shipping docs, and shipment performance.
• Run MRP in SAP and publish MRP results.
• Maintain item master data and BOM; conduct weekly audits.
• Prepare reports on material disposition and aging.
• Coordinate interdepartmental reviews for KPI achievement.
• Lead cycle counts and materials control activities.
• Handle customer-supplied material accounting and cycle counts.
• Issue Sales Orders and Delivery Notes; prepare shipping docs.
• Prepare shipment hit rate data for management meetings.
