Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years of related management experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 7+ years acceptable.
• Alternative: 13+ years of management experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Material Program Managers supporting assigned programs.
• Own and drive the integrated material strategy for assigned programs, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Lead material readiness and Line of Balance (LOB) reviews to validate production plans.
• Drive proactive identification and management of material risks with clear ownership and timelines.
• Establish escalation paths for critical material and supplier issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead the material forecasting process and monthly/quarterly forecasts with risk assessment.
• Analyze forecast performance and variances; implement corrective actions to improve predictability.
