Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Management to lead cross-functional teams on defense programs. You will develop and document strategies, plans, and processes to manage the supply chain within the program management plan.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will mentor staff, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and help deliver subcontracts, schedules, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, assembly and ATP processes.
• Experience with defense program planning, scheduling, budgeting and EVMS.
• Ability to implement stage gate reviews for design, build and test.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams within programs to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Support development and execution of supplier plans and budgets.
• Negotiate subcontracts and establish supplier baselines.
• Prepare presentations and communicate program status to stakeholders.
