Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Supply Chain Management in Huntsville, AL to serve as the primary supply chain liaison for programs and to drive cross-functional material plans. You will coordinate with suppliers, IPTs, and program leadership to ensure timely material availability and cost control.

Essential duties include leading material requirements, forecasting costs, and supporting subcontract negotiations. Travel up to 10% to supplier locations nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of material management experience; or 8 years without a degree.
• Graduate Degree with 2+ years in material management.
• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related material management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead material requirements, budgets, and supply chain deliverables for assigned programs.
• Develop monthly material cost forecasts and quarterly EAC projections for leadership and customers.
• Direct cross-functional material teams to meet subcontract cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Manage time and resources across multiple programs, prioritizing critical path activities.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for development and production proposals.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and affordability initiatives.
• Prepare and present material program updates to stakeholders.
