Zusammenfassung

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Material Planning Lead to own the material function from development through delivery. You will serve as the main contact for program and technical leadership on all supply-chain matters, translating program schedules into concrete sourcing plans to keep material moving on time.

You will work in a matrixed environment, coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance to identify and resolve material risks while maintaining procurement and delivery schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Background in supply chain, production control, material planning, procurement, or related discipline.
• Proficient with an ERP or MRP system.
• Knowledge of how supply-and-demand planning links to requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-moving product-development environment.

• Develop material program plans and supplier management plans for assigned programs.
• Translate engineering and program requirements into actionable sourcing plans.
• Keep leadership informed on material risk, priority decisions, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate across procurement, planning, and production control to ensure clean handoffs and task ownership.
