Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in material planning, production control, or supply chain in heavy electrical/large transformer manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of transformer lifecycles, components, and raw materials.
- Experience with ERP-driven planning, MRP runs, BOMs, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead SIOP and master planning balancing demand with capacity.
- Define material requirements for core processes and critical components.
- Review bookings and align with customer specs and milestones.
- Run accurate MRP, track inventory, manage BOMs, optimize flow.
- Monitor on-time delivery and implement feedback to prevent delays.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Quality Control, and Shop Floor to mitigate risks.
