Job summary

Q-Edge Corporation in Houston seeks a CTB/Inventory specialist to manage raw material availability, CTB reporting, and aging stock, ensuring 100% data accuracy to support production schedules.

You will lead cross-functional reviews with Material Program Management and Operations, optimize E&O, monitor inventory health, and collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to deliver robust supply plans and KPI dashboards. Responsibilities

• CTB management and reporting to support production schedules with 100% data accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional alignment meetings with MPM and OPS to review CTB readiness and mitigate shortages.
• Oversee raw material aging inventory control, scrap, RTV, and disposition processes to minimize carrying costs.
• Lead E&O data collection, financial reviews, and risk analysis to identify slow-moving stock and minimize write-offs.
• Monitor inventory health levels and maintain optimal stock buffers to satisfy customer demand targets while optimizing working capital.
• Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to develop robust supply plans and validate them.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, driving consensus on demand and supply plans.
• Manage cross-factory material transfers and prepare KPI dashboards for executive decision-making.

SUMMARY

CTB management, raw material inventory control, aging stock / E&O disposal. Mandarin proficiency is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

CTB (Clear to Build) Management & Reporting

• Coordinate raw material availability and ensure 100% data accuracy for regular CTB reporting to support production schedules.
• Lead regular cross-functional alignment meetings with F1 MPM (Material Program Management) and OPS (Operations) to review CTB readiness and proactively mitigate component shortages.

Inventory Control & E&O (Excess & Obsolete) Optimization

• Oversee raw material aging inventory control, driving scrap, return-to-vendor (RTV), and disposition processes to minimize carrying costs.
• Lead E&O data collection, financial reviews, and risk analysis to identify slow-moving stock and minimize write-offs.
• Monitor inventory health levels and maintain optimal stock buffers to satisfy customer demand targets while optimizing working capital.

Supply Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams to develop, validate, and execute robust supply plans.
• Participate in cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, communicating effectively to drive consensus on demand and supply plans.

Inter-Site Logistics & Ad Hoc Operations

• Manage and execute cross-factory material transfers to support multiple manufacturing projects seamlessly.
• Prepare routine management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical deep-dives to support executive decision-making and operational improvements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

2. WORK EXPERIENCE-
