Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Master Scheduling/Production Planning experience in manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating with multiple functional groups to align production plans with demand.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasts and demand history to determine production requirements and capacity.
• Schedule and release weekly workloads for assigned departments.
• Communicate production requirements to departments and lead scheduling meetings.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve constraints or delays in products/components.
• Revise schedules due to changes in sales orders, shortages, or capacity constraints.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Inform Sales and other stakeholders about product availability.
