Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customized, engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production planning, capacity planning, and master scheduling.
• Strong understanding of low-volume, high-mix manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Lean manufacturing experience and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Ability to analyze capacity, labor utilization, and constraints.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the master production schedule for all facilities.
• Maintain capacity management and production monitoring to maximize on-time delivery.
• Research, evaluate, and implement scheduling technologies and planning tools.
• Analyze manufacturing complexity to allocate labor, materials, and capacity.
• Lead scheduling and capacity planning across ASC sites.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with leadership to resolve delays.
• Develop, track, and report scheduling metrics for visibility.
• Identify initiatives to reduce lead times and increase throughput.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Maintain the Production Schedule with operations leadership.
• Collaborate with executives to set production priorities and commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement for on-time delivery and lead-time reduction.
