Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to drive the master production schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to align capacity with demand, maintain MRP integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills.
Understanding of capacity planning and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Alert leadership of capacity or material issues to protect schedules.
Actively participate in SIOP meetings as scheduled.
Educate on master scheduling issues across the company.
Create and update metrics, including available to promise schedule attainment.
Build and maintain the master production schedule based on firm orders and forecasts.
Load and maintain MRP and run MRP.
Release, maintain, and modify end item work orders and routes.
Provide timely updates to the Master Production Schedule and communicate changes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
