Job summary

Stoughton Trailers is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to drive the master production schedule based on customer orders and forecasts. You will coordinate with manufacturing, materials, and engineering to balance capacity with demand and maintain timely production commitments.

You will analyze material lead times, support SIOP processes, and develop improvements to scheduling accuracy and delivery performance across the plant. A strong background in ERP/MRP and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of materials and lead times; capacity planning and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Alert leadership of capacity or material issues impacting schedules.
• Participate in SIOP meetings and act as internal educator on MPS issues.
• Create and update key metrics, notably Available to Promise schedule attainment results.
• Build and maintain Master Production Schedule based on firm orders and forecasts.
• Load and maintain MRP calendars and run MRP.
