Leggett Dynamics in the United States is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage the organization’s master production schedule, ensuring efficient resource use, on-time delivery, and alignment with customer demand.

This role collaborates with production, supply chain, procurement, sales, customer service, and operations teams to balance demand, capacity, and inventory while monitoring KPIs and identifying scheduling improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–7 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related operations roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) based on demand, forecasts, and capacity.
• Coordinate production planning activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resources.
• Monitor capacity constraints and communicate risks and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory to align material availability with production needs.
• Lead scheduling meetings and provide updates on status and KPIs.
• Support S&OP processes with scheduling and capacity insights.
• Generate reports to improve production efficiency and inventory management.
