Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to develop and manage the master production schedule, ensuring alignment of demand, materials, and capacity to meet OTIF targets.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing planning, strong ERP/MRP (SAP) experience, and a BS/BA in a related field. The position is on-site with full-time benefits and a competitive base salary of $80,000–$105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, materials planning, or related supply chain.
• ERP/MRP experience required; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule for assigned product families.
• Own MPC processes to support schedule execution, production priorities, and OTIF.
• Translate demand forecasts, customer orders, and business priorities into an executable production schedule.
• Review ERP/MRP outputs, planning parameters, and material availability to maintain accurate scheduling signals.
• Monitor schedule adherence and address capacity constraints, material shortages, and production risks.
• Lead schedule review discussions with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and other teams.
• Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, inventory levels, and demand changes to recommend improvements.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement activities related to scheduling, inventory, material flow, and production execution.
• Help drive cost reductions and Supply Chain initiatives through effective scheduling and communication.
• Maintain IATF16949 records and perform other duties as required.
