Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SIOP and planning processes.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees master planning for site and directs Production Scheduling team.
• Develops plans, data, and recommendations for labour resources and equipment decisions.
• Coordinates with Planning, Procurement, IE, Production, and customers to communicate plans.
• Identifies and designs improvements to SCM processes.
• Supports pilot production, new products, and engineering changes.
• May participate in customer-initiated projects.
