Job summary
Celestica is seeking an experienced Planning leader to oversee the master planning process and direct the Production Scheduling team at the Maple Grove site in Minnesota. You will develop, plan, and communicate production/shipments plans that align with business goals and drive strategic labor and equipment decisions.
You will gather data, perform analyses, track SCM metrics, and coordinate with multiple departments and customers to optimize plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Four to six years of relevant experience.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee master planning for site customers and direct the Production Scheduling team.
- Provide data, analysis, and recommendations for labor and equipment decisions.
- Interface with Business Office, IE, Production, Procurement, Planning and customers to align plans.
- Track and report SCM metrics by customer and month.
- Coordinate planning on customer requirements and volume changes.
