Job summary

Vuori is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to own the Master Data strategy, partnering with Product, Tech, Data & Analytcs, Finance, and Operations to build a scalable data foundation for product, customer, vendor, and financial information.

You will define the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise data capabilities, drive data quality, automate manual processes, and deliver measurable business value across Vuori in Carlsbad, California.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, with a strong preference for data/platform domains.
• 8+ years building products or platforms, ideally with exposure to data management, ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional go-to-market and operations teams to drive adoption of internal data products.
• Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and data pipeline/integration concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable product decisions.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for master data initiatives.
• Champion a unified approach to master data across product, customer, vendor, and financial domains.
• Design data governance processes, stewardship workflows, and master data lifecycle experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, D&A, EA, and Business Operations to develop and launch master data solutions.
• Focus on automation to reduce data quality issues and manual handling, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Partner with data teams to map data flows, identify gaps, and improve reliability and trust across the enterprise.
• Align existing systems and establish best practices for the Master Data lifecycle.
