Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Lead Sourcing Consultant for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. You will drive end-to-end sourcing for Marketing and Public Affairs technology initiatives, including MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools.

The position emphasizes strategic category management, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Finance to optimize cost, risk, and value across technology engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing experience, including supplier negotiations and contract lifecycle activities.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing or category strategies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for Marketing and Public Affairs engagements across MarTech, AdTech, digital media, and services.
• Negotiate SaaS and consumption-based commercial models and terms.
• Review expiring agreements and lead renewals or competitive sourcing events.
