Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (required).
• 4+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication of complex concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using Essbase and building analyses from large data sets.
• High attention to detail with accuracy under pressure.
• Professional judgment, maturity, and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-team partnership ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports on performance and outlook.
• Analyze quarterly performance and drivers versus plan and prior periods.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and summarize implications for leaders.
• Support restoration and recovery planning activities and deliverables.
• Build executive-ready presentations for senior management.
