• Experience with design system adoption or marketing platform rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative and business intent into operational roadmaps.
• Own programmatic readiness and rollout sequencing for the design system.
• Refine roadmaps aligned with Marcom Interactive priorities and drive delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to translate requirements into capabilities.
• Define cadence: stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, milestones.
• Eliminate bottlenecks through root-cause analysis and systemic fixes.
• Balance bespoke creative with scalable system reuse.
• Engage senior leadership to drive alignment and report program health.
