Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Senior Lead to drive the measurement ecosystem across premium vendors and partner programs. The role balances technical measurement expertise with the maturity to negotiate, lead complex partnerships, and provide strategic guidance to ensure scalable, data-driven advertising outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders to optimize research integrations, track performance, and steer program health

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement, ideally with a measurement company or media owner.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners and drive strategic revenue goals.
• Deep familiarity with the advertising measurement ecosystem, including attitudinal surveys, sales lift, and advanced methodologies like MTA/MMM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, managing high-impact measurement & audience partners and handling renewals, negotiations, and new opportunities.
• Drive maturity of measurement strategy by vetting, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium vendors.
• Serve as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders; negotiate to resolve roadblocks and ensure integration of research into advertising.
• Assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects from inception to completion; provide executive recommendations to optimize delivery.
• Manage and deliver technology-based integrations with global and regional measurement providers, including data pipelines and clean room implementations.
• Evaluate industry trends to align research projects with ad product rollouts and shifting business priorities.
