Ampcera Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand recognition for its advanced materials, equipment and services in a demanding B2B, deep-tech environment.

You will shape the marketing strategy, lead generation, and content development while managing key accounts with battery, automotive, and research customers. The role requires strategic vision, hands-on sales execution, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years in sales and/or marketing with at least 2 years in a management or strategic role.
• Proven experience in a technical B2B sales environment, ideally in battery, advanced materials, chemical, or energy tech sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and travel willingness (25-40%).

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Lead management: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with key accounts.
• Relationship management: Maintain long-lasting customer relationships as primary point of contact.
• Market intelligence: Monitor competition, trends, and customer needs to inform tactics.
• Forecasting and reporting: Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline metrics to leadership.
• Strategic planning: Define the overall marketing strategy, branding, segmentation, and positioning.
• Content creation: Oversee marketing materials (datasheets, white papers, case studies, presentations).
• Digital marketing: Manage website, SEO/SEM, and social channels.
• Industry presence: Plan conferences, trade shows, webinars.
• PR & communications: Manage external communications and media inquiries.
