The Weitz Company is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead marketing strategy for the Florida market in West Palm Beach, FL. You will serve as the SME for marketing processes, collaborate with the Business Development team, and oversee proposal development from narrative creation to pricing, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in marketing/proposals, a related degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, and/or proposal management.
• Experience with a construction company or similar industry preferred.
• Degree in marketing or related field; equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy for the Florida unit aligning design and messaging with brand standards.
• Manage proposal preparation and support project pursuit organization.
• Write, design, and research proposals and presentations including narratives, graphics, and charts for RFPs.
• Lead proposal development meetings and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives with BD and project teams.
• Act as SME on marketing and proposals; mentor team members.
• Budget proposal and marketing spend oversight; identify improvements.
• Support branding on site materials and ensure brand consistency.
