Job summary

Portland State University is seeking a Marketing Project Manager in Portland to organize teams, streamline marketing communications, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy and is a 1.0 FTE renewable 12-month appointment.

The position focuses on creating detailed plans, maintaining project workspaces, and coordinating among teams across web, print, advertising, video, and digital content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Four (4) years’ professional experience in marketing settings.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Experience coordinating projects for web, print, advertising, video, photography, and digital content production.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of detailed project plans and timelines for assigned marketing initiatives.
• Organized project workspaces within Asana and the Department Google Drive.
• Meeting agendas, minutes, and action items for all project-related meetings.
• Well-maintained project documentation and asset repositories.
• Facilitated communication and coordination among project teams.
