Job summary

Anew U Counseling Services is seeking a polished Marketing Outreach Coordinator to strengthen referral relationships, develop community partnerships, and raise awareness of our counseling services.

This hybrid role requires a proactive professional who owns their work, communicates confidently, and advances projects with minimal supervision. Experience in mental health outreach is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in outreach, relationship development, or related role.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience communicating with healthcare providers or schools is a plus.
• Experience creating marketing content for social media.
• Comfort with Canva or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Identify and contact prospective partners via calls, emails, in-person visits.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners and update on services and referrals.
• Coordinate community outreach events and distribute marketing materials.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content twice weekly.
• Collaborate with intake staff and leadership to align outreach with clinician availability.
• Maintain referral partner database and complete timely follow-up.
• Provide a brief weekly report on contacts and opportunities.
• Represent Anew U professionally and protect confidential information.
