Job summary

MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing Communications to lead a MarCom team responsible for content, campaigns and events across regions. You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns that meet business needs.

The role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record in life sciences marketing, brand messaging, and demand generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing communications in life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or pharma.
• Minimum of five years of management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy and messaging development for B2B life science audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing to drive integrated campaigns aligned with priorities.
• Ensure company presence at tradeshows, symposia, and webinars.
• Project manage campaigns and events from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Ensure campaigns are consistent, measurable, and brand-aligned across channels.
• Own global content calendar and oversee creation of white papers, blogs, videos, emails, social content.
• Generate content for web, email, events, and advertising across diverse channels.
• Drive SEO-focused content strategies to generate inbound traffic and support leads.
• Refine and enforce brand standards across internal and external communications.
• Manage media relationships and cultivate thought leadership via scientific content.
• Lead and mentor a MarCom team; define KPIs for engagement, awareness, and conversion.
