• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Communication plan.
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend fixes.
• Translate c-level objectives into concrete, actionable day-to-day steps.
• Push back, respectfully, when an Initiative shortcut will cost us later.
• Use People Management to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity.
