Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead business development and client-facing marketing in a fast-paced CRE setting. You will craft proposals, pitch decks, and pursuit strategies while collaborating with brokers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

You will balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, manage multiple priorities, and apply AI tools to improve workflows and reporting. Strong communication and executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in business development, marketing, proposals, or related field.
• Ability to work in the New York City office at least three days per week.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing and project management.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and marketing initiatives from inception through execution with autonomy.
• Develop client-facing deliverables: proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Partner with brokers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to support revenue opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings, align stakeholders, drive strategic discussions, and set next steps.
• Present recommendations and marketing strategies to executives and clients.
• Translate data and feedback into compelling messaging and visuals.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects with quality and deadlines.
• Contribute to positioning, client engagement, thought leadership, and brand elevation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic pursuits.
• Identify process improvements and leverage AI to enhance workflows and reporting.
• Proactively address project challenges and develop strategic solutions.
