Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. These positions may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX.

Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation while partnering with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner closely with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build strong understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and volume growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects, with emphasis on broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
