Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry.
• Strong writing and graphic design skills.
• Excellent organizational and program management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across a firm.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and OpenAsset is a plus.
• Passion for architectural design and marketing, business development, and proposals.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads preparation of proposals, outlines, schedules, and content development.
• Contributes to client interview strategy and marketing collateral for interviews.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop materials reflecting strategic marketing goals.
• Conducts market, leadership, and potential client research.
• Develops pursuit strategy and contributes to market strategy.
• Engages in business plan creation and implementation within a focus area.
• Maintains data and tracks pursuits in Salesforce; supports pipeline management.
• Represents the firm in client/professional events and nurtures new leads.
• Assists with other duties as required.
