Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Supervisor, Revenue Accounting at our Orlando corporate office to lead revenue accounting activities and a direct report. You will drive accurate financial reporting, perform analysis, and collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations to improve processes and controls.

The role requires 5+ years in Finance or Accounting, a strong foundation in Excel and financial modeling, and a CPA profile is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop one direct report and provide ongoing feedback.
• Oversee revenue accounting processes and reconciliations; ensure accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
• Review and approve accounting entries and adjustments for accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances; provide insights to Finance leadership.
• Maintain forecasting models and communicate financial impact to stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and opportunities; suggest actions to improve performance and controls.
• Oversee fraud prevention and refine fraud rules to balance risk and guest experience.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to support initiatives and system improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated inquiries within internal stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and streamline workflows.
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.
