Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC seeks a Manager of FP&A and Treasury to partner with executives on financial planning, forecasting, and cash management. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on treasury execution to safeguard liquidity and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in FP&A or treasury, strong financial modeling skills, and experience with cross-functional collaboration in a retail/restaurant context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury experience.
• Experience in multi-unit, retail, restaurant, or consumer-facing industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of the annual budget, reforecast, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts including P&L, cash flow, and variance analyses.
• Develop models for earnings, cash flow, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze drivers of performance and provide insights to leaders across teams.
• Support treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Accounting on close, controls, and reporting; drive process improvements.
