Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field.
• 1–3 years related experience in banking or marketing environment.
• Experience planning large corporate events preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and time management; strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with members, vendors, Board and staff.
• MS Office suite and Adobe products familiarity (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning Bank conferences and meetings, including budget and agenda planning.
• Coordinate venue research, contract negotiations, registrations, and speaker logistics.
• Manage webinars and email communications for events and advances.
• Develop and maintain event websites and tracking information.
• Ensure brand integrity in marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with departments on budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Support data entry in MS Dynamics for member requests and triage.
